Our initial meeting and briefing is taken in person by Gabi.This allows us to get to know you, our client, and to evaluate your requirements, likes and dislikes, all of which is vital in building a trusting relationship where we understand what you're trying to create.
The design fee process is divided into 4 stages: Preliminary Phase, Interior Design Concept, Design Development and Design Implementation.
We will supply you with a written design brief that must be agreed by both parties before any work commences.
Once the project brief has been confirmed we may require a couple more site visits to take measurements and discuss layout possibilities. This will guarantee the smooth running of the project with our pre-design research, assessment and sourcing of suppliers.
Gabi Da Rocha Interiors will present the client with our design ideas, product samples: paint colours, wall coverings, flooring, tiles etc. and sample boards if required. We will also provide layouts, where necessary, including furniture dimensions and a couple of different placements to ensure the perfect living/working environment.
This stage allows for design refinements and developments following the client's feedback, in order to guarantee complete satisfaction and hopefully exceed their expectations.
We ensure that all the ordering of fabrics, paints, tiles, flooring and furnishings etc. are made and that their delivery dates are convenient to our clients. All materials are supplied at competitive prices. We then brief and liaise with the building team, project manager or decorators, supplying a detailed specification for each room, supported by a few more site visits.
